Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchases on our site, you can return them to us for an Exchange or a refund within 14 days after the delivery date. You must send us an email to the address contact@happylibellule.com by noting your order number.

You can return the items in question to the address below. Transportation costs for Returns or exchanges are your responsibility. Make sure the items are in good condition. We are not responsible for any deterioration that would occur during the transportation of the return or that would be lost. We recommend that you use a delivery that includes an insurance for the amount of the product. Defective items will not be accepted. The items must be in good condition with the label attached properly. When we receive the items, they will be inspected. If they meet the criteria listed above, you will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days.
